We read that flag the same way you should: thousands of buyers expected fall protection, got a balance aid, and sent it back. The product didn't lie about its rating — the shelf placement did. Sold as what it is, to a bathroom that has the glaze for it, the same device is a legitimate, inexpensive steadying point.
